Problems using the App lately?

There were some problems with the Auth Process and Profile Updates happening more and more in the past few days that prevented the reports from being displayed. Instead it was showing “Loading Data…” all the time.

This problem has been fixed and an Update has been submitted to Apple which is expected to arrive in the App Store (as version 2.8) in about 5-10 days.

In the meantime you can fix this two ways:

  1. Hit the “Profile refresh” button on the dashboard and in the best case, everything just works again.
  2. If this does not work, leave the App open for a little while, an update of some internal details is happening after about two minutes. It should fix everything too.
  3. If it is still not showing anything after about 3 minutes. Exit the App, kill it from the Multitasking and launch it again. Everything should now be working again :-)

Update: Analytics for iPad 2.7 released

The 2.7 Update contains the following changes:

Bugfixes:

  • Fixed a Bug where Ads were not instantly removed after upgrading to Premium (introduced with 2.5)
  • Fixed a Bug that prevented to exit the Fullscreen Mode (introduced in 2.6)
  • Fixed some Problems in the Authentification process when adding multiple accounts

Improvement:

  • The free version will no longer display Ads in the Fullscreen mode
  • The navigational buttons are now also available in the free version while using the Fullscreen mode

New:

  • A new refresh option was added to refresh report data without navigating away and back

If you have trouble upgrading, please delete the old version from your device and download it again.

Update: Analytics for iPad 2.6 released

There is an important Update released (2.6) which fixes the missing option to compare timeframes that was lost accidentally with the last update (2.5).

Big sorry to everyone! This should not have happened, please update to the latest version (2.6) to get it back and enjoy the comparison feature again.

Update: Analytics for iPad 2.5 released

The 2.5 Update contains the following changes:

Bugfixes:

  • Fixed a bug resulting in an empty report when opening the original website in the content pages report
  • Fixed a bug that slowed down the application when switching between website profiles
  • Fixed a bug where a informational message on the realtime report could not be hidden

Improvement:

  • Added the first iPad Mini customization by hiding the statusbar on that small screen
  • Added the possibility to navigate back & forth within reports
  • Small UI tweaks, nothing big

Maintenance:

  • Built against and tested with iOS 6.0.1 on all currently available iPad Devices

If you have trouble upgrading, please delete the old version from your device and download it again.
